How close are you to the airport?

We are approximately five miles from San Francisco International airport. It is advisable to allow around 20 minutes prior to the time you need to arrive at your designated terminal.

What are your hours of operation?

Burlingame Airport Parking is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 day a year. We now have an automated check-out system that excepts cash or credit cards, if help is needed there is a call button available or call 650 340 8500.

How often does the shuttle bus run?

Burlingame Airport Parking runs continuously every 20 minutes to and from the airport between 4:00am - 1:00am. After hour transportation is available by calling (650 340 8500) the shuttle will be designated as Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront Hotel / Embassy Suites Hotel / Burlingame Parking shuttle.

Where does the shuttle bus drop me off at the Airport?

Burlingame Airport Shuttle drop off at every terminal, located on the Upper Level Departure Area, Center Island, at the Hotel Shuttle curb - (Not long-term parking area).

Where will the shuttle bus pick me up when I return to the Airport?

Pick-up and drop-off are in the same area. The shuttle will pick you up on the Upper Level Departure Area, Center Island, at the Hotel Shuttle Curb. The shuttle will be designated as Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront Hotel / Embassy Suites Hotel / Burlingame Airport shuttle.

How many days can I park my car?

You may leave your car as long as you wish. If you plan to leave your car more than 30 days please make special arrangements with the Hotel Manager before parking your vehicle. (650) 340-8500.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks.

When do I pay?

All Charges are due at time of departure and can be made by cash or credit card and are based on a 24-hour period and will be calculated based on your actual arrival and departure.

Rates are based on 24 hour, an additional day will be charged for partial day charges.

Do you allow in and out parking privileges?

No, the lot is only for Long Term Parking ONLY with No In and out Privileges.

What does ADA stand for?

ADA stands for - Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) - We provide some parking spaces that are oversized to make them easier to access with a wheelchair. You would be required to have a state issued Placard in your vehicle to park in any of these stalls. For information on getting one, you would need to go to: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/

Are there local accommodations if I want to spend the night at a hotel before parking?
